Privacy Policy — Apps Script File Icons

Apps Script File Icons does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or user information, whether personally identifiable or not.

What the extension does

• Reads the file names already present in the Google Apps Script IDE's File panel (script.google.com)
• Displays a small colored icon next to each file, based on its extension (.gs, .html, .json)

What it does not do

• It does not make any network requests
• It does not require sign-in or OAuth access to your Google account
• It does not collect analytics, usage statistics, or telemetry of any kind
• It does not share any data with third parties — no data ever leaves your browser

Permissions

The extension requests host permission for https://script.google.com/home/projects/* only. This is required to read the file list already present in that page's DOM and to insert the icons.
